The Service
Whilst the position of an FD in a small or medium sized organisation is mainly centred on sound financial management, the actual role is often far wider.
Services I offer include:
Cash Flow management, P&L and Balance Sheet budgeting and forecasting/modelling
 
Strategic planning and business plan preparation
Lead contact with external financial advisors, lawyers, bankers, insurers, payroll agencies, HR and pension advisors
Supervision of accounting, HR and administrative staff
Identification and implementation of cost saving initiatives
Commercial and Property legal contract negotiation and management
Start-up company incorporations in UK USA, Australia and Dubai
Acquisition / disposal due diligence and SPA preparation
Integration of corporate acquisitions
Implementation and management of:
