I am a pragmatic and experienced Finance Director based near Reading, Berkshire who has held senior financial/administrative roles in companies in the IT software solutions, consulting and business-to-business professional services sectors.

I have an excellent track record of making a positive impact on people and businesses I have worked with, and in each case have become a key member of the management team. After 20+ years spent working in companies of all sizes from start-up to £25m turnover I have wide-ranging financial, legal and administrative management experience and in addition have exceptional contacts able to provide the appropriate level of support in a number of related disciplines.

Roles typically range in resource terms from only one day a month to three days a week, and whilst each assignment is supported by a formal contract I am generally able to be flexible to fulfil short-term exceptional needs.

I trained as a Chartered Accountant, and qualified in 1987 with a top 20 firm in London having gained specific experience with SMEs.
